Simple Shipping
We aim to deliver items currently in stock within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays) of the order date.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to British Forces Post (BFPO), Island, International or Channel Islands (GY, JE) addresses.
Extended delivery times apply to the following areas:
Scottish Highlands and Islands: +3 working days
Please note that during particularly busy periods it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our courier may attempt to deliver on a Saturday.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery is by courier company to the "corb". Unfortunately, due to insurance policies, drivers are not responsible for transporting goods to your home. So make sure you get adequate assistance at the time of delivery. (Please note that some products may weigh more than 25 kg).
Sometimes your order may need to be delivered directly from our suppliers. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, you may receive multiple separate delivery charges.
The delivery team will call or text you to schedule the delivery. Otherwise, the delivery may be delayed or the products may not be shipped.
next day delivery
For orders placed with our sales team before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday, our Next Day service is available to most parts of the UK mainland at an additional cost (working day delivery only). Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

In the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Refunds for orders canceled under the Consumer Contracts Regulation will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
All orders must be inspected upon receipt of shipment and any damage reported within 3 days of receipt of products. If not, you may not be eligible for a replacement.
You cannot cancel orders for the following types of products:

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 require you to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for the products. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
How to return a product
If you wish to return your product, you can do so in one of the following ways:
1. Request a collection through our returns team:
Contact our customer support team on 01603 622261 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, closed public holidays). Or by email at: sales@doorsuppliesonline.co.uk. We can arrange collection of your item. Please be sure to quote your order number when contacting us for a return. Also include a photo of the product in its original packaging and unopened to show that there is no damage to the products.
If you return an order/item within 14 days of the right of withdrawal, a collection fee will be charged depending on the product being returned.
Or you can return the items to our warehouse, see details below.
If you return your order/product after the 14 day renewal period, this will be reviewed by our returns team. If accepted, a 30% restocking fee and collection fee will apply.
If you are not at home at the time of collection, we reserve the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to deduct the direct cost of the failed return from your refund or charge your credit card.
2. Return the product to our warehouse:
If you wish to return a product directly to us, you can do so by sending it to us or to a dedicated warehouse. Please include a note with your order confirmation/invoice.
This type of return is at your own expense. We also recommend obtaining a proof of postage in case the product does not arrive at our warehouse. Returned items must be in resalable condition and if these items are damaged, we cannot issue a refund in this case. This is checked by the goods receiving staff of the relevant warehouse. The original shipping charge (if any) will also not be refunded if the product is returned.
If you return an order/item within the 14 day right of withdrawal, a restocking fee will applyI am not goingwill apply and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
